We’re proud to announce that Greenbelt Group has attained ISO 45003:2021, Occupational Health and Safety Management.
This marks our 5th different ISO, expanding on a batch of other accreditations (including Environmental Management, Information Security and Quality Management) which were first achieved in summer 2023.
ISO 45003 largely deals with mental health in the workplace, including managing social and psychological risks such as bullying or “burnout”, as well as general employee wellbeing.
It stands as a supporting standard to the related ISO 45001 (also in the Occupational Health and Safety Management family), which relates to physical safety in the workplace, and which Greenbelt Group has been guided by since 2023.
In tandem with robust HR processes and an in-house “mental health first aid” team, this ISO will allow us to better serve the needs of all types of staff, creating healthy environments for all.
