Update For Residents

Greenbelt continues to focus on the safety of homeowners and employees and is fully supporting the UK-wide effort to suppress the spread of COVID-19.

This means it’s not possible right now to perform the routine maintenance that would normally be underway on developments at the beginning of Spring.

At this time the incredible value of green spaces to our health and wellbeing is understood and appreciated more than ever. This is why we’ll make every effort to resume our stewardship of these precious areas as soon it’s safe to do so.

The suspension of routine work is under constant review and we will respond to emergency call-outs – please remember that, in the first instance, emergency services should always deal with potentially dangerous situations for the public.

We will also be performing important health and safety-related operations where necessary.

We will, of course, make adjustments to any charges made for the period when elements of our service could not be provided, with full details set out clearly in your next annual bill.

We ask again that you do not to use play parks, in accordance with government guidance, and refrain from attempting the personal upkeep of green spaces.

We have closed our offices and implemented home working to protect our staff but we’re still here for you: if you have urgent concerns, you can contact us via the details below.
