Welcome to Kippendavie

Located at the North Eastern margins of Dunblane in Scotland, Kippendavie is beyond doubt one of Greenbelt’s most attractive developments.

Constructed by Bryant Homes and completed in 2003, it is home to no fewer than 90 households.

From the outset it has been planned to perfection, with a double-strip layout that ensures almost every resident is located adjacent to woodland or open countryside.

Comprising sixteen separate development phases, with the final one currently underway, it has its very own Primary School and supermarket.

Our appointed maintenance contractor, Peter Crosby Landscapes, has worked diligently alongside us in maintaining the green space areas to an exceptionally high standard.

Believe in the best at Barony Gate

One of our most southerly developments in Scotland is Barony Gate in Lochmaben.

Built three years ago by Taylor Wimpey, it comprises 79 households.

Its main street Vendace Drive is actually named after Britain’s rarest freshwater fish, the Vendace.

This beauty is only found in a handful of locations – including the adjacent Mill Loch!
