Have you ever wondered what your home looks like from the heavens? Now you can see Menstrie as you’ve never seen it before!
Our new aerial footage gives an eagle’s eye view as our camera swoops over the Greenbelt development.
With the Ochil Hills as a backdrop, you can clearly see the managed landscaping and green spaces that help to make this former Bett Homes and Manor Kingdom development so beautiful.
This innovative aerial photography allows for detailed ecological and environmental monitoring – the information, collated over broad spatial scales, allows us to get ‘the big picture’ and plan ahead accordingly.
Before approaching any development, all legal requirements for filming are in place and Greenbelt’s expert team also discuss in detail the benefits and challenges of using aerial photographs for each particular development.
Analysis of the images – and the ability to forward plan our operations based on this data – not only provides us with more objective and consistent results, it also means you can enjoy a more cost-effective way to carefully manage your home environment.
Duncan Park, Greenbelt’s Regional Operations Manager (Scotland), has been closely involved with the innovative filming, which is achieved using a remotely piloted drone.
He said: “Using this aerial footage enables us to offer a fantastic new perspective on the entire landscape.
“It also shows why the residents of Menstrie can be deservedly proud of their development: it is another perfect example of a community that takes great pride in its home environment.”
