Getting Back To Work

Greenbelt led the way in halting open space maintenance and inspections on housing developments to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 . . . but, rest assured, we have been working non-stop in the background preparing for our return.

Your health and safety and that of our dedicated workers have always been, and will always remain, our highest priority. We aim to go above and beyond official guidance on safe working practices and this is why we have asked all our teams to submit strict new working protocols.

With these now in place, we are delighted to announce that we’re now ready to recommence our routine maintenance programmes.

This comes at a critical time, not only to preserve the beauty and integrity of your open spaces but also prevent lasting damage from any longer-term lack of upkeep, as well as stop potential health and safety risks building up.

We hope this will also enhance your enjoyment of your open spaces – with the right-on-your-doorstep outdoor environment cherished more than ever in these difficult days of COVID-19.

We respectfully request that you help us, too, by respecting the social distancing rules: we ask that you do not approach Contractors or our Regional Operations Managers, who will also shortly be out soon, inspecting your development to ensure your open spaces are quickly returned to Greenbelt’s highest standards.

As our important and timely work for residents commences, Greenbelt will also be launching an exciting campaign to say a huge thank you to our brave key workers and NHS heroes.

Our Pledge

Please be assured reduced charges will be reflected for the late March and early April period when a restricted provision of services was applied.

A precise explanation of charge reductions will be explained, in detail, in your next personal annual breakdowns.

As a responsible company we have absorbed a huge amount of costs by halting our on-site operations but we are proud to have led the way in health and safety and acting responsibly to help protect you, your family and all our teams.
