Congratulations to our management trainee Sam Marshall, who has been featured in the Future Talent edition of Landscape, the journal of the Landscape Institute.
We took Sam on as a graduate in graphic design and fully supported his time successfully pursuing a Masters in Landscape Management at the University of Sheffield.
We have since watched his career truly blossom in landscape architecture.
As he points out in his interview, Sam is convinced that good-quality open space can have a hugely positive impact on communities and individual lives.
His research for his Masters involved observing the management of five of Piet Oudolf’s landscapes.
Sam has also overseen an important ecological management plan on the River Cam in Cambridgeshire for Greenbelt.
You can read more about Sam’s love for – and expertise in – landscape management here.
Sam’s work will also be on show at the University of Sheffield, as part of the Landscape Architecture Exhibition 2018.
This takes place at The Arts Tower on June 8. For more details click here.
