Greenspace Development / Contracts Manager
We are looking to appoint a self-motivated and creative person to fill this challenging and unique position.
The core task of the position would be to facilitate the handover of open space areas and features within new housing developments.
Excellent communication skills and a positive problem solving approach working along with various levels of clients and contractors is essential to meet KPI targets, combined with a sound technical knowledge of open space management and contract negotiations.
An important core feature of this role is to generate a profitable income stream via contract works achieved both directly and indirectly from the Greenspace handover process and client communications.
Although predominantly self-managed, you will be required to work in tandem within an extended team of multi-disciplined professionals, coordinating and working together to meet targets.
IT competency is essential and drafting or AutoCad experience would be advantageous.
You must be willing to travel and work from home; travel will include overnight stays.

We have identified the base as Coventry and surrounding areas; travel can be extensive.
