Earlier this year, we brought you the fantastic news that Greenbelt’s customer base had risen to the milestone figure of 50,000 households UK-wide for the first time ever!
We’re pleased to announce that Greenbelt is still growing, as we’ve welcomed more than 2,900 additional households into our family since then!
As 2017 draws to a close, we’d like to wish you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year, and take one final look at some of the fantastic developments that have joined us this year:
Beautiful Rearsby Roses in Leicestershire boasts attractive ornamental hedges alongside our more standard items, such as play areas and amenity trees.
Located in Leeds, Springhead Mills is another one of our all-new developments this winter. It also features managed ornamental hedges as well as amenity grassed areas and shrub beds.
Residents here can look forward to a visit from our Customer Liaison Officer, Mr Nick Upton, who will be visiting in the new year to provide a tour of the open spaces and discuss the services that Greenbelt provides.
We also took on management of additional areas on a number of our existing developments – such as Bellsdyke in Larbert and Barton Seagrave in Kettering, both of which feature our signature landscaped amenity areas and sustainable urban drainage infrastructure.
On behalf of everyone at Greenbelt, have a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Our offices close for the holidays on Friday 22nd December, and re-open on Wednesday 3rd January – but if you have a pressing issue in the meantime, we can still be reached on the out-of-hours emergency phoneline on 0845 940 940.
