Greenbelt Christmas Raffle Raises £600 For Charity

Greenbelt is proud to announce that our annual Christmas fundraiser has brought in £600 for our chosen charity.

We held a bake sale and charity raffle, as well as a ‘Christmas Jumper Day’ where staff could wear festive outfits in exchange for a donation.

As in previous years, we will be donating this sum to Strathcarron Hospice, which specialises in palliative and end-of-life care for adults.

“It’s great that Greenbelt staff could come together with the community to raise this money for charity,” said Janet McQuillan, Greenbelt’s Operations Director.

“We’ve worked to raise donations for Strathcarron Hospice before, and I know for some of us this charity is very close to our hearts.”

We’d like to thank everyone that participated in our fundraising activities, as well as everyone that contributed a prize to our raffle draw – including both Celtic and Kilmarnock football club, the Rainbow Room, the Reikipod and Café Jaconnelli’s.

If you’d like to join us in our commitment to Strathcarron Hospice, you too can make a donation here.
