It might be cold this time of year, but for the last time in 2016 we’d still like to issue a warm Greenbelt welcome to all the new residents that have joined us recently! A very Merry Christmas to all of our residents, including more than 320 new households that joined us this winter – which means that Greenbelt now provides quality open space management to almost 50,000 homes UK-wide! But without further ado, and for the final time this year, let’s take a look at some of our new developments:
Dallington Gateway in Northampton features wonderful amenity grassed areas with trees for relaxation and recreation, as well as benches, a play area and our Sustainable Urban Drainage System components – we hope that residents on the development will enjoy these features for years to come.
Our new Abbey Park development in Cwmbran, Wales is also a great place to live – it features our standard grassed areas, shrub beds and amenity trees, but is also home to bat roosts that provide shelter for the animals and a valuable opportunity for residents to observe the wildlife. Who knows: maybe the roosts are occupied right now with bats waiting out the harsh winter weather.
We also welcomed a number of new residents to our existing developments at North Hamilton and Bellsdyke. Both now feature over 1,000 Greenbelt households, and we’re delighted that our established developments are continuing to grow.
Finally, we welcome new residents on our existing developments at Marina Park and Cairn View, as well as our all-new Hydro development in Burton-on-Trent.
From everyone at Greenbelt, we’d like to wish all of our residents old and new a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! Our offices will be closed until January 4th 2017, but you’ll still be able to access your account over the holidays; we’ll be back soon, because the next few months are shaping up to be very busy!
