For the final time in 2015, we’d like to give a warm Greenbelt welcome to all of the new residents who joined us recently! Following new billing in November and December, we added 564 extra households to the Greenbelt family – so for the last time this year, let’s take a look at our new developments.
First up is beautiful Higham Road, Burton Latimer, which is our largest site this batch at 248 households. We also added two new sites in Northern Ireland – Gortmerron View and Elm Vale, Mughaberry, which both feature our standard amenity grass areas for residents’ recreation.
Finally, we took on a number of new residents across several of our existing Scottish sites: hundreds of new residents were added across our Gartloch, Bellsdyke, Kintore and Beauly developments, which feature many of our great site features such as play areas, amenity grass areas and woodland areas available for recreation, and also include our Sustainable Urban Drainage System, which cut down on the incidence of flooding in built-up areas. You can read more about how SUDS work here.
Although we might not have a white Christmas this year, this picture shows what Kintore looked like this time last year. So from everyone at Greenbelt, we hope all of our residents have a very merry Christmas and a happy New Year!
