50,000 & Still Growing: Greenbelt Celebrates Milestone With Residents

Greenbelt cares for hundreds of residential developments and public open spaces all over the UK.

We’re confident about the quality of the open space management we offer to our residents, and that’s why we take on new developments as well as adding phased new areas to our existing ones all year round: so that we can bring our quality sustainable land management to as many people as possible.

With this in mind, we’re very proud to announce that – for the first time ever – Greenbelt now caters to more than 50,000 households UK-wide!

Welcome to Kippendavie


Located at the North Eastern margins of Dunblane in Scotland, Kippendavie is beyond doubt one of Greenbelt’s most attractive developments.

Constructed by Bryant Homes and completed in 2003, it is home to no fewer than 90 households.

From the outset it has been planned to perfection, with a double-strip layout that ensures almost every resident is located adjacent to woodland or open countryside.

The Magic of Milton of Leys


Magnificent Milton of Leys, located to the south of Inverness, is one of our larger Scottish developments and its evolution is ongoing – in fact, it has been continually growing as a much-loved location for some years.

Comprising sixteen separate development phases, with the final one currently underway, it has its very own Primary School and supermarket.
