The wonder of Willowbank

It’s going to be another wonderful Christmas for pupils at a Kilmarnock school after a fundraising initiative secured thousands of pounds in donations.

Willowbank School in Ayrshire offers education to pupils aged 5-18 who have complex additional support needs – the school’s motto is “Be the best you can be”.

Christmas comes early at Drumsagard

Congratulations to everyone who took part in the Senior Citizens Christmas Party held by Drumsagard Village Residents Association.

We were honoured to provide a Christmas Hamper, which was presented to the lucky recipient by James Walker, the Secretary of the Association.

The Association’s William McPadden said: “We would like to thank Greenbelt for their continued support for this event, which builds the community spirit and helps residents to make new friends.

Play Area Refurbishments Continue

Sustainability is our watchword at Greenbelt, and we strive to make sure that our 52,000+ households UK-wide will be able to access and enjoy the open spaces that we manage on their behalf for many years to come.


It’s not just in our rolling maintenance schedules and long-term woodland management plans that you can see this dedication to sustainability, however. We’re also continuing our ongoing programme of play area refurbishments designed to breathe new life into the equipment on some of our more venerable playparks.
