We’re building our Operational Services Team by recruiting a new Regional Operations Manager in the South Midlands.

Our Operational Services Team manages and monitors day-to-day activities on all of our UK-wide developments to ensure excellent service delivery.

For the important role of Regional Operations Manager you must have a degree or demonstrable background in land management – or an equivalent level in horticulture or land-based contracts management.

Excellent communication skills are also vital, both written and verbal, as you will be our main communication point on the ground for other teams, contractors, site agents and residents.

You must be willing to travel and this can include overnight stays, although there is a working base at our Leeds office and we also offer home-based working.
